Elle assure que\u00a0<strong>les travaux de construction d\u2019un immeuble seront men\u00e9s \u00e0 terme<\/strong>, le garant s&rsquo;engageant \u00e0 payer toutes les sommes n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l&rsquo;ach\u00e8vement de l&rsquo;immeuble en cas de d\u00e9faillance du promoteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Garantie de bonne ex\u00e9cution<\/strong> <strong>(CPI)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une variante de la GFA pour les Contrat de promotion immobili\u00e8re, le garant s&rsquo;engageant \u00e0 payer toutes les sommes n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l&rsquo;ach\u00e8vement de l&rsquo;immeuble en cas de d\u00e9faillance du promoteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Garantie de bonne fin<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une variante de la GFA pour les contrats de Contractant g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Cette garantie contractuelle peut contenir des dispositions particuli\u00e8res am\u00e9nag\u00e9es par le Garant. L&rsquo;objet de cette garantie restant la s\u00e9curisation de l&rsquo;ach\u00e8vement de la construction vis\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-constrained wp-container-core-column-is-layout-adb12b4f wp-block-column-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>Assurances techniques<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Dommages ouvrage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019<strong>assurance dommages-ouvrage<\/strong>&nbsp;(souvent appel\u00e9e \u00ab DO \u00bb) est une&nbsp;assurance obligatoire&nbsp;qui a pour objectif de&nbsp;<strong>pr\u00e9financer rapidement<\/strong>&nbsp;les&nbsp;<strong>r\u00e9parations des dommages <\/strong>affectant une construction,&nbsp;<strong>sans attendre la d\u00e9signation des responsabilit\u00e9s <\/strong>des diff\u00e9rentes entreprises. Cette assurance a une <strong>validit\u00e9 de<\/strong> <strong>10 ans \u00e0 compter de la r\u00e9ception des travaux.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Responsabilit\u00e9 civile d\u00e9cennale<\/strong> <strong>des constructeurs non r\u00e9alisateurs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;assurance<strong> de responsabilit\u00e9 civile d\u00e9cennale<\/strong>\u00a0est une\u00a0assurance obligatoire\u00a0qui couvre, pendant\u00a0<strong>10 ans \u00e0 compter de la r\u00e9ception des travaux<\/strong>, la\u00a0<strong>responsabilit\u00e9 des constructeurs<\/strong>\u00a0en cas de\u00a0<strong>dommages graves<\/strong>\u00a0affectant un ouvrage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Tous risques chantier<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019<strong>assurance tous risques chantier (TRC)<\/strong>&nbsp;est une assurance temporaire souscrite pour la dur\u00e9e d\u2019un chantier de construction.
